Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you'll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all transactions are SSL encrypted and processed via trusted payment providers. We never store payment details.
Why was my payment declined?
This could be due to incorrect info, lack of funds, or a block by your bank. Try another method or contact your bank for support.
Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?
No, unfortunately only one payment method can be used per order.

How long does delivery take?

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Check our Return Policy for further details.
What if my item arrives damaged?

within 48 hours of receiving your item and include photos. We’ll take care of it.
